We only collect what we need to run this website and look after our customers. Orders, payments and customer accounts are handled by our technology partner, GoDaddy, under its own privacy policy. We never sell your personal information.

2. How RhinoReg works
RhinoReg is an authorised reseller of products provided by GoDaddy, including domain names, hosting, website builders, email and security products. When you search for a domain, add a product to your cart, check out, create an account or sign in, those services are provided by GoDaddy on its secure platform at secureserver.net.
GoDaddy is responsible for the personal information it collects to process your order, take payment, register domains, provide your products and run your account. Its privacy policy, available through our legal agreements page, explains how it uses that information.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Details you provide when you contact us, for example through our contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Domain names you type into the search boxes on our website, which are sent to GoDaddy to check availability and prices.
Information we receive about customers
As a reseller, we can see limited information about customers who buy through our storefront, such as their name, contact details, the products they've bought and renewal dates. We use this to manage our reseller account and to help customers when they contact us. We do not see or store full payment card details.
